Raise your organisation's profile at the 17th EPH Conference
The 17th European Public Health (EPH) Conference will be organised in person from 12 - 15 November 2024 in Lisbon, Portugal, The conference will be held at the Lisbon Congress Center (CCL). The conference offers you exceptional opportunities to raise your profile in the public health community and gain valuable access to influential opinion-leaders, policy-makers and researchers.
Pre-conference, Lunch Symposium
Pre-conferences can be organized on Tuesday 12 November as half day sessions or full day sessions. They include coffee breaks and network lunches for the participants. We can offer you meeting rooms with a capacity of 80 to 240 persons, seated in theater style. The rooms are fully carpeted and equipped with audio-visual equipment. Technical support and room hosts are included.
Lunch symposiums can be held during the extended lunch hours on the three main conferecne days: Wednesday 13, Thursday 14 and Friday 15 November. These sessions last 60 minutes and are paid for by the organisers. Lunch is provided by EPH Conference as part of delegates’ registration fees. Benefits include: announcements in EPH Conference website, Conference App, Programme Book; five waivers of registration fees for the main EPH Conference. The organiser is able to promote the event through the placement of roll-up banners.
