Abstract decisions Ljubljana 2018
We thank you for submitting an abstract for the 11th European Public Health (EPH) Conference in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from 28 November to 1 December 2018. We were pleased to receive an excellent number of 1,473 abstracts of which 107 workshop abstracts. Abstracts were received from 69 countries.
The score for your abstract is displayed in your personal account. Please note that if, for example, you were not accepted for an oral presentation and your second choice was poster when you submitted your abstract, then we have not programmed you for a pitch presentation!
Please note that the International Scientific Committee can score to a maximum of 7 points.

Singles abstracts are accepted based on their average score (by the International Scientific Committee) and the presentation preferences given by the submitter. The rejection rate is 15,7%.

|Pitch presentations (5-minute presentation)||average score of 4.500 or higher were accepted|
|E-Poster walks (3-minute presentation)||average score of 4.200 or higher were accepted in the E-poster walks|
|E-Poster displays (throughout the programme)||average score of 3.500 or higher were accepted as E-poster displays|
Workshops scoring higher than 4.570 are accepted.
The rejection rate is 20,6%.
Your next steps if your abstract is accepted
1. Corrections: Check your abstract by logging into our database (https://ephconference.eu/cgi-files/mem_db.cgi). The system accepts your corrections until 10 July 2018, at noon (12.00 CEST).
2. Registration and confirmation: Register and confirm by 20 July that you will be presenting your abstract. You can confirm in your personal account per accepted abstract. If you do not confirm, we will remove your abstract from the programme and the Abstract Supplement to the European Journal of Public Health by 20 July.
