EPH Conference has requested the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for accreditation of the 12th European Public Health Conference, Marseille, France, 21 – 22 November 2019. Currently, EACCME® is reviewing the conference programme and will determine the number of CME credits later on. More information will follow in the weeks before the conference.
Certificate of Accreditation
Delegates will be able to receive a Certificate of Accreditation shortly after the conference. Delegates can download the Certificate by logging in into their EPH Conference account. Delegates should claim only those hours of credit that were actually spent in the conference.
Delegates from North America
Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes (UEMS) and the American Medical Association (AMA), physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/education/earn-credit-participation-international-activities.
Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
