Abstract tutoring programme
In collaboration with EUPHAnxt, we offer an Abstract Tutoring Programme designed to support young and/or less experienced abstract submitters. The programme provides a valuable opportunity to receive constructive feedback from experienced reviewers on the writing and structure of an abstract.

This initiative is particularly aimed at researchers who have limited access to colleagues or mentors from whom they can seek guidance and feedback during the abstract preparation process.
The programme is completely independent of the abstract review and selection process. Experienced reviewers from the International Scientific Committee and EUPHA Sections act as tutors.
Tutors provide one-time, anonymous feedback focusing on the clarity, writing, and format of the abstract. They do not offer technical advice on research methods, data analysis, or the reporting of results, nor do they correct spelling or grammar.
General rules:
-
-
- The tutoring process is fully anonymous: neither the author nor the tutor will know each other’s identity.
- Draft abstracts submitted for tutoring must follow the official abstract submission guidelines.
- Each abstract author may submit only one abstract for tutoring.
- Each abstract is eligible for one round of tutoring only.
- Abstracts that do not comply with the submission guidelines will be returned to the author by the programme administrator without tutoring.
- Tutors focus exclusively on writing and format; they do not provide technical or methodological support.
- Feedback will not be provided using track changes or in-document comments.
- Tutors will not indicate whether an abstract is likely to be accepted or rejected.
- Abstract authors requesting tutoring are asked not to submit their abstract via the online system until they have received feedback.
- Programme administration is managed by the EPH Conference Office.
