General guidelines
Before you start, carefully review the submission guidelines. Following the correct rules and format is essential — abstracts that do not comply will not be reviewed.
Length requirements
Abstracts have a limit of 2,000 characters, including spaces, excluding references and titles.

Share your research with confidence
Our streamlined submission portal makes it easy to upload your abstract and contribute to the European public health dialogue. After submission, you can access, review, and edit your abstract until the final deadline, ensuring your research is clear, accurate, and ready for presentation.
Ferenc Bojan Young Investigators Award
The five highest scoring abstracts from young professionals (under 30 years) are invited to present their abstract to a small committee. The committee combines abstract with presentation and the winner of the Frenec Bojan award will be announced in the closing session of the EPH Conference.
The winner is awarded a certificate and waiver of registration fees for the next conference.
No. Travel grants are not available.
No, this is an in-person conference only. It is not possible to attend the conference online.
Abstracts are scored by the International Scientific Committee, and acceptance is based on the average score.
You can submit your abstract through the online submission system available on the conference website. The system closes on 1 May at 18.00 CET, after which you will no longer be able to submit your abstract for the 19th edition of the EPH Conference.
The 20th edition of the EPH Conference will take place in Belgrade, Serbia from 16 – 19 November 2027.
