Code of Conduct and Code of Good Practice

Fostering a respectful, fair, and inclusive community within the public health sector.

Code of Conduct

The EPH Conference Code of Conduct sets out our shared commitment to a respectful, fair, and inclusive environment for everyone involved in the conference. It outlines the standards of behaviour expected from participants and provides clear guidance on how concerns or misconduct can be reported and addressed. The Code applies to all delegates, speakers, staff, volunteers, and partners, ensuring a safe and professional space for exchange and collaboration. We encourage all participants to read the document carefully and help uphold the values that underpin the EPH Conference.

Code of Good Practice

Partners and commercial contributors working with the EPH Conference Foundation are expected to follow the Code of Good Practice. The Code defines the relationship between the Foundation and its partners, including commercial contributors, and promotes an ethical and constructive approach to cooperation.

The objective of the EPH Conference Foundation is to preserve and improve public health in the European region through capacity building, knowledge development, and related activities.

The Foundation pursues this objective by organising scientific public health conferences in Europe at regular intervals, at the initiative of the European Public Health Association. The Foundation is non-profit.

The Foundation aims to be a trustworthy partner for delegates, partners, and commercial contributors. Collaboration is based on the principles of transparency and independence.

Transparency means that information about collaborations is communicated openly. Independence means that collaboration does not compromise the Foundation’s objectives.
