The 19th European Public Health (EPH) Conference will take place in person from 11–14 November 2026 in Bilbao, Spain, at the Euskalduna Conference Centre.

Pre-conference & Lunch Symposium Opportunities
Pre-conferences
Pre-conferences provide an ideal platform to explore a topic in depth. These half-day or full-day sessions allow for interactive discussions, multiple perspectives, and meaningful exchange with participants.
They will take place on Tuesday 11 November, and include:
- Coffee breaks and networking lunches
- Fully equipped meeting rooms (80–240 participants, theatre style)
- Audio-visual equipment, technical support and room hosts

Lunch symposiums
Lunch symposiums are held during extended lunch breaks on the main conference days:
Wednesday 12, Thursday 13 and Friday 14 November
These 60-minute sessions offer excellent visibility and include:
- Promotion via the conference website, app and digital programme
- Five complimentary registrations for the main conference
- Opportunity to promote your session with on-site materials (e.g. roll-up banners)
Lunch is provided to all delegates as part of their registration.
