Follow your accepted workshop proposal
Workshops are organised according to the accepted workshop proposal.
If your workshop includes regular presentations, the presenters should follow the technical requirements for Oral Presentations.
The workshop organiser decides how many slides each presenter may use, depending on the workshop format and programme.
Uploading workshop presentations
The workshop chairs are responsible for collecting the presentations from all speakers.
The presentations may be combined into one single file and uploaded to the presentation system by the workshop chairs.
If it is not possible to upload the presentations in advance, you may bring your presentation file on a USB flash drive to the session.
Please coordinate with your workshop chairs in advance to confirm how your presentation should be submitted.
