E-poster walk preparation and upload instructions
If your abstract has been accepted as a E-poster walk, your poster will be presented digitally during the 19th European Public Health Conference.
There is no need to print or bring a physical poster to Bilbao.
E-Poster Walks are moderated poster sessions held in parallel during the conference.
The session lasts 60 minutes, and you will have up to 3 minutes to present your poster.
Your poster will be shown on a digital screen during the session.
E-posters will be available to all delegates on digital screens during the entire the conference.

Please upload your final version well before the deadline where possible.
Technical requirements
Your E-poster must:
- consist of one page only;
- be prepared in landscape orientation;
- use a 16:9 aspect ratio;
- be uploaded as a Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF file;
- use standard fonts such as Arial, Helvetica, Calibri, Verdana, Symbol or Times New Roman;
- contain only images, tables and graphics that are embedded in the file;
- use high-resolution images and charts where possible;
- contain no animated graphics or serial animations.
Make it easy to read
Your E-poster will be viewed on a screen, so keep it clear and easy to understand at a glance.
We recommend that you:
- Highlight your main message or conclusion.
- use short text sections and bullet points rather than long paragraphs;
- avoid overly detailed tables;
- use graphs, figures and flow charts where these communicate your results more clearly;
- Use good contrast between text and background.
- keep the design clear and uncluttered;
- keep text as editable text wherever possible rather than using images of text.
Images, graphics and tables
All images, graphics and tables must be embedded in your file.
When preparing your poster in PowerPoint, insert images through Insert → Pictures. Avoid using external or linked images, as these may not display correctly in the e-poster system.
Please ensure that all content complies with applicable copyright and privacy requirements.
Your e-poster should be easy to read on a digital screen. Keep the text concise and use clear figures, graphs and visual elements where appropriate.
Your 3-minute presentation
You have a maximum of 3 minutes to present your poster.
Keep your presentation focused on your research question, key findings and main conclusion. Practise beforehand and make sure you can finish within the 3-minute limit.
Before you upload
- My poster consists of one page.
