How to use the toolkit

This toolkit provides you with ready-to-use and customizable templates to announce your participation at the 18th European Public Health Conference. Use them to let your network know you’ll be in Helsinki, whether you’re presenting, attending, or supporting colleagues.

By sharing posts and visuals, you’ll help spread the word and build momentum for the conference.

The link will open the graphic in a new page. To save it, right‑click on the image and choose ‘Save as’.
All graphics are sized 1200 × 1200 px. This format is optimised for LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Facebook, and Instagram.

Tips for posting

• Always tag #EPH2025 so your posts join the wider conversation.
• Add your own personal message or highlight what you’re most looking forward to.
