Dr Todorka Kostadinova is a Professor at the Department of Economics and Healthcare Management at Medical University of Varna, Bulgaria. Her main scientific interests and publications are in the field of public health, strategic management, integrated care, project management, team building, social entrepreneurship and innovations. Her professional experience ranges from Deputy Minister of Health, Chair of the National Council for Food Safety, member of the Supervisory Board of the National Health Insurance Fund in Bulgaria, to team leader in Joint Action on Health Workforce Planning and Forecasting. She is a former Vice President of the European Health Management Association (EHMA) and currently Member of its Board of Directors. Prof Kostadinova is part of the European BeWell project team “Blueprint alliance for a future health workforce strategy on digital and green skills”. Currently, Prof Kostadinova is Vice Rector for International Relations, Accreditation and Quality at the Medical University of Varna, Bulgaria.
