Jill Litt

Dr Jill Litt is a Professor of Environmental Studies and Public Health at the University of Colorado Boulder, USA, is an Adjunct Professor at the Colorado School of Public Health, and a Senior Researcher at Barcelona Institute of Global Health (ISGlobal). Jill Litt received her PhD in environmental health and public policy from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health (2001). Dr Litt is an environmental epidemiologist with expertise in social psychology, urban planning, and implementation science. Currently, she is leading a Horizon 2020 Consortium, called RECETAS, which is developing and testing nature-based social prescribing interventions to alleviate loneliness and improve quality of life. She is also a co-investigator on the Horizon Europe RESONATE project, which aims to test nature-based therapies to reduce risks for chronic disease and mental health.
