The 14th EPH Conference 2021 will take place on a virtual platorm provided by Conference Compass and is accessible on a Web App.
The virtual event platform will be accessible for all delegates from 1 November.
This page contains instructions for speakers/presenters of oral sessions and workshops as well as instructions for chairs/moderators on the user panel on the virtual platform.
We recommend Chrome at the most stable and consistent browser for accessing the Virtual Rooms. More Tips & Tricks for preparing your presentation and accessing the virtual platform you will find at the bottom of this page..
Registered delegates will receive an invitation to the virtual platform via email. The invitation is sent to the email contact you registered for the conference with.
As a speaker/presenter, you will get early access to your personal Speaker Dashboard. This part of the platform, which is available to presenters only, is named Eureka. You will receive an invitation to your dashboard between 6 - 8 October. On the dashboard you will be able to give your presentation live during the conference. But you can also pre-record your presentation here and upload your slides before the conference. On the dashboard you have access to all the sessions in which you present. If one of your sessions is missing contact us asap at email@example.com.
Pre-conferences, plenary sessions, workshop, oral sessions and lunch symposiums are all part of the Speaker dashboard.
Moderators/chairs of oral sessions, workshops, pre-conferences, plenary sessions, and lunch symposiums will also use the personal Speaker Dashboard.
Access to the virtual platform and Speaker Dashboard
When accessing the virtual platform and Speaker Dashboard for the first time, you will be asked to create an account. You are advised to use the same login for both Apps. Without an account, you will not be able to use your dashboard or enter the virtual rooms to attend the sessions. Once you have created your account you can edit your profile to your liking and adjust the settings so other attendees can contact you during the event.
Posters, including the optional 1-minute presentation, are not included in the Speaker Dashboard. Posters must be uploaded through the EPH Conference portal before 25 October.
