Registration Fees

The Conference registration fees, including 21% Dutch VAT.   

Attending the EPH Conference offers the following benefits:

• Free access to recorded sessions of the virtual EPH Conference 2021
• Abstract Supplement of the European Journal of Public Health
• Three-month free subscription to the European Journal of Public Health
• EPH Conference List of Delegates (online only)
• Certificate of Attendance (except for pre-conference attendance only)

Student registration

Students full-time enrolled in a college or university can register as a student for the reduced early career rate. Proof of status from the Registrar's office verifying full-time status is required to process your application. Please send proof of your student status to the EPH Conference Office.

Part-time students, post doctoral and PhD candidates with an income, and others that cannot meet the above requirements are NOT eligible for the discounted student rate.

Pre-conference registration

If you wish to attend a pre-conference you have to be registered. If you wish to attend a pre-conference, but not the main conference, please use the online registration and click: 'pre-conference only' to register.

Changes in your registration

If you wish to change your registration, please contact EPH Conference Office to have the change made.

Cancellation charges

Cancellation of paid and unpaid registrations should be made in writing to: registration@ephconference.eu
