Mental health conditions are common in the work force. The association between mental health conditions and work is intrinsic. There is strong evidence that poor working conditions lead to depression and burnout while work can be a major contribution to mental well-being and social network. Defining and delimit mental disorders and capacity to work are challenging in research. This pre-conference will give new perspective on mental health at work. And there is time for discussion.
