Svetla Tsolova

Svetla Tsolova holds a Master’s degree in health policy, planning and financing from the London School of Economics and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, United Kingdom. She has experience in working with government and non-government organisations in the area of health policy since 1993. She was working in the Bulgarian Ministry of Health and National Health Insurance Fund in the 1990s. She was a Research Fellow in the Centre for European Policy Studies in Brussels working on topics related to ageing and health care costs. Since 2007 she is working at the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), lately as Senior Expert Monitoring and Evaluation.
